Defined synonyms improve search accuracy and efficiency. By specifying which words or phrases are interchangeable, the system can better understand user queries and deliver more relevant results. For instance, if "server" and "host" are set as synonyms, a search for either term will return results for both.

This feature is particularly helpful because it:

  • Reduces the need for users to guess the exact keywords

  • Ensures consistent results regardless of terminology variations

  • Enhances the discoverability of relevant documents and information

Additionally, you can add multiple synonyms and customize them to your domain-specific keywords, making everyday searches easier and more intuitive for your team.
