Ranking

Ranking involves ordering the list of results based on different sets of parameters. Enterprises can finely tune search output relevance by adjusting the boost factor. This feature enables incrementation and decrementation of the boost factor, giving you precise control over the ranking of search results according to your needs.

Additionally, you can pin specific results to appear first for certain keywords. This ensures that important information, such as vacation policies or company guidelines, is prominently displayed at the top of search results, providing employees with immediate access to critical resources.
