Configure your Workspace
Just a few quick steps to get started on your Curiosity Workspace.
To get started with Curiosity, you need to create a workspace and configure it according to your needs. This page will guide you through the initial setup of your workspace. The initial setup consists of a few optional steps, listed below.
Configure languages
To get started, choose which languages your data will is expected to be. You should choose at least one here, and click next. You can configure additional languages later if needed. Supported languages are: English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Norwegian, Polish, Danish, Dutch, Russian and Swedish. More languages are in our roadmap, but if you have any special requirements, let us know.
Set a password (recommended)
You can set a password for your workspace to restrict access and protect your data. This step is optional, but we recommend you to change the admin account password to a strong one. Remember the default password is admin
It is critical to change your password to a secure one if your Curiosity instance is exposed to the internet. You can also enable 2FA in the user preferences page later.
Customize your Workspace
You can customize the name and logo here. For other customization options, check our documentation.
The logo must be provided in the SVG image format. If you need to convert another image type to SVG, we recommend the free Convertio website.
Configure available apps for users
You can select which integrations you want to make available for your users, such as email providers like Gmail or Outlook, Calendar, Chat tools and more.
Configure Workspace Integrations
You can connect your workspace to external services and data sources that you use for your project, or you can build your own data connector later.
That's it 🚀
You have now configured the basics of your Curiosity Workspace. You can continue by configuring external data sources, creating your own data connectors, or importing your own data from CSV files. If you need more help or have any questions, please check out our documentation or contact our support team.
