Connecting to a Workspace

Connecting your Workspace to the Curiosity desktop app let's you search directly from your desktop.

Curiosity is built to help you find everything, in one place. Whether you need to access your emails, chats, apps or folders, Curiosity lets you search and discover information with ease. You can use the Curiosity desktop app to index your private data, and connect to workspaces to have access to your teams data, or other custom data-sources.

To connect your Curiosity Workspace to the Curiosity desktop app, follow these steps:

  1. Download and install the Curiosity desktop app from .

  2. Launch the app and sign in with your email and password.

  3. On the left sidebar, click on the + icon on the top to add a new workspace.

  4. Enter the address of your workspace and click on Connect.

  5. Follow the instructions on your browser to activate the connection

  6. You can now use the Alt+Space shortcut to open the Curiosity search bar and find anything from your connected apps indexed by the app and your workspace data.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected your Curiosity Workspace to the Curiosity desktop app. You can now enjoy the benefits of finding everything in one place with Curiosity.
